We’re Ro and Mica, and besides being business partners, we’re cousins. As kids, at every family gathering, we did exactly what we do at Tribu: work! We were always dreaming up big productions for every occasion, brainstorming ideas, imagining new concepts, managing tasks, designing, choosing colors and materials, beating deadlines—and of course, proudly performing. Now that we’ve grown up, not much has changed - that same creative spark is part of our DNA and drives every project we undertake.
In 2020, we trusted our instincts and founded Tribu to offer a full-service experience with a unique perspective. Ro is an architect, and Mica is a set designer, allowing us to merge our worlds and craft spaces that are truly one-of-a-kind. Our studio’s distinctive approach comes from viewing spaces through both lenses.
Tribu is also about our talented team—the contractors, artists, and professionals who bring our designs to life. Everyone plays a vital role in transforming each challenge into a unique experience.
